wow, those are beautiful, do you keep the car outside and the bikes inside the garage? I always wanted a Duc in my living room...accent lighting...spinning around slowly....sigh. Hubby says no, wants watch TV :-( lol.
if you look closely in the sportster picture, there's an open door to the left of the stairs.
it's my "Ground level" basement.
I live on a hill and that's the way the house is set up.
I run the bikes down the alley to the back. small ramp. presto!
they all fit in the heated basement! each with a battery tender
also in the sporty pic, look to the top right and you can see the SL500 & 450SL .
5 cars in the driveway.
I'm looking to get a corrugated steel 4 car garage. two deep, two wide.
it should do the trick.
btw. I looked really hard at the TL1000 just before I bought the RC51.. which I ultimately crashed/totalled.
I also totaled a 2000 Yamaha R1. oh well.
the R1 I just broke a collar bone and had a concussion,
the RC51 crash.. tore up 5 ligaments, ripped the skin off my thigh (degloved is the term) I'm fine now
I have 12,000 miles on the 05 duc 999, 11,000 miles on the 02 H-D 883R and 3,000 on the H-D Vrod
so, miles driven compared to crashes is pretty normal...
