Whom would you vote for?

It is time to elect a new world leader, and your vote counts.
Here are the facts about the three leading candidates:

Candidate A: Associates with crooked politicians, and consults with astrologists. He's had two mistresses. He also chain smokes and drinks 8 to 10 martinis a day.

Candidate B: He was kicked out of office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in college and drinks a quart of whisky every evening.

Candidate C: He is a decorated war hero. He's a vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer and hasn't had any extramarital affairs.

Which of these candidates would be your choice?

Scroll down..

Candidate A is Franklin D. Roosevelt

Candidate B is Winston Churchill

Candidate C is Adolph Hitler

There is nothing there to base an informed choice on, since the only real issue is issues.

Why is it that "a quart of whisky" sounds degenerate while "a gallon of whisky" merely sounds excessive. Try saying it out loud.

"A quart of whisky."

See? It sounds like sin dredged from the marshlands of hell, doesn't it?

"A pint of whisky" just sounds cute.

Personally, a fifth sounds better.

Re: the three candidates, hindsight is always 20/20. The scary thing is that Hitler got so many people behind him. He was a imam ahead of his time.

Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery. (Winston Churchill)

Churchill's main tipple was champagne which he sipped throughout the day. He was not a great lover of whisky, but would take a brandy or two as a nightcap during his periods of 'blackdog' to aid sleep. Whatever his overall consumption, he seems to have been able to perform his required functions and write a successful and acclaimed book or two in his 'spare time'.

I would go with the Squire of Hyde Park and Winnie, each taking turns at the top position at one year intervals
