Unless rotted out or termite infested, one need not to worry about load on the floor joist from a single obese human being, although if a support group meeting or a book club for obese people were to be hosted, that's another story altogether.

a fully stocked SubZero fridge can easily outweigh most obese human beings. Besides, morbidly obese humans do distribute the weight over larger area (look at those flaps) whereas fridge exerts point load (four adjustable supports, each 1 to 2 sq in) at four corners.
