The most dissatisfying

defecating experience:

I had some spicy food yesterday, but not enough to warrant the classification of the 'Mexican' just yet coming out from the other end.

However, I did feel some mild heat and substantial weight bearing from the inside of my back door - it had all the signs of a making of most wonderful defecating experience - so I picked up a copy of today's paper and briskly walked to the bathroom and settled down.

In reality, it was the worst:

the product was long, thin, pasty thing not to mention the foul aroma

it seemed that the spincter did not relax all the way so it basically 'shaved' and retained what did not get squeezed out of the cavity

because of the two factors above, my hole was burning not to mention that I felt I still had more to go but couldn't push anything out; and the pasty consistency meant I could go through an entire roll and still get stuff on the TP.

An experience like this can ruin anyone's day.

Well. This is as good a place as any to post that I was awakened at 4 AM Thursday morning and informed that Reese was at the bottom of the yard by something that was lying on the ground and wouldn't come back in. I stepped into my "backyard" shoes, pulled on a coat and went out to see what all the fuss was about.

Possum. Looked dead but...was he playing possum?
Reese then picked him by the neck and snapped him around a few times. No small feat since Reese is 18 pounds and I estimated the possum at 25. Cassie came out and administered a definitive "coup de ville" with her massive hounds teeth and I had to chase them both back into the house.

I grabbed the shovel and dumped Pogo into a plastic bag, tied it off and got the garbage can to the curb before the truck came.

Then I went back to bed.

When I awoke later that morning, I did feel some mild heat and substantial weight bearing from the inside of my back door ...

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

^ Throwing away dead rodents makes you shit? Weird.

Nao, you got any nasal allergies or have you had sinus drainage?

Not to be too pedantic, but possums are marsupials, not rodents

Ok, I really wanted to be pedantic

That exactly why dig felt his backdoor being pried. That possum had babies clinging to it that he didn't see... I essence he become the surrogate mom
