Obviously a misdirected communique intended for CIA and delivered to SEC. "The President of the United States authorizes and directs the agency to take all necessary steps to undermine Cuban finances in the month of November 2008. -GWB

McBear,
Kentucky

Being smart is knowing the difference, in a sticky situation between a well delivered anecdote and a well delivered antidote - bear.

I mean, where's the US Attorney's office in this or will he get off with a slap on the wrist as is often the resolution of these cases ?

As part of a settlement reached, Raza agreed to pay nearly $3 million to resolve allegations. SEC officials stated that Raza did not admit nor deny allegations that he unlawfully netted nearly $1.5 million by trading on confidential company information. Raza was also barred from serving as an officer or director of a public company for five years, and he was permanently enjoined from future violations of the federal securities laws.

Martha Stewart may beg to differ on the slap-on-the-wrist thing.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

FTL E sells a device to prison inmates that converts broom handles into "strap ons" that we call Women's Unit. Martha bought a case for the entire cell block. You can own one too! PM me for details! Rubber band-powered "throb" unit included free for all new customers!
