Comparing a 928 to a NSX is apples versus oranges. One car will start when you put the key in, the other will not. One will not leave you stranded and one will. One will eat the living shit out of your wallet and the other one can be ignored and be used for run away shopping cart target. The 928 is not even in the same league as the NSX. Just remember neither of the two cars are fast by today's standards.
Personally I would choose the 928. It makes a much better demolition derby car, that is if you can keep it running.
PS Just buy an SL600 of '97 to '99 vintage, you will be much happier. They are faster, handle better, are more comfortable, and have decent reliability. Quit taking the automotive journalists word for it, they don't know shit about older cars. Learn to develop your own opinion because you already know better than they.
