The Air Force computer systems are no more secure or unsecure than civilian networks.

They aren't going to mess with anyones internet access that isn't involved with something DoD related. They have been doing this for years. Our passwords have all moved to card access and 20 character completely random passwords . annoying.

It is going to be an interesting project but I am not involved with this one. Now go back 22 years and that was a different story. But this is a different animal that they are working on. Actually this appears to be three different animals. One good, one bad, one ugly.

Oh, and Andy, sorry about the random 20 letter passwords, that is a PITA. Necessary but a real pain. It is the price of such powerful desktops and bots. Makes pretty much anyone capable of "trying" to worm in.

Being smart is knowing the difference, in a sticky situation between a well delivered anecdote and a well delivered antidote - bear.
