I think this one will beat 60 as the trends are heading back up.

My question with this table is the drop in "Voting Population" from 2004 to 2006. That seems odd.

That is an interesting table. I'll have to think about why the voting aged population might be decreasing... It doesn't seem to make sense because the overall population has been increasing, and why would the VA population increase proportionately? Hummm...
