Widely read and widely respected are two different things and can be highly incongruous .
Everyone goes to drudge daily, if nothing else to see what stories are posted up. It is an aggregate. It does NOTHING to gain respect.
On the other hand, the writing of headlines is the thing that gains him his cred as right wing.
I did a history count. I have been by eight times today. So I count as eight of those. Most folks that are news junkies do the same. We also hit CNN, Fox, BBC...
But the best one is FARK if you want good headlines. They beat drudge every time. Tonight's as examples.
