Is that right? Perhaps you've never heard of the Federal Reserve, the Glass-Steagall Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or the CRA... This crash is a direct result of government meddling in attempting to keep afloat a receding industry.

"CRA" is the same number of letters as "etc". Where's the advantage?

And The Federal Reserve (which should be abolished) would never lower interest rates to lower mortgage rates in an effort to expand the consumer base for housing. That would be meddling with a naturally receding industry.
