None of that shit matters. Whomever wins this election wins the election, and you can't do a damned thing about it in your own state, let alone the country. We're just passengers going for a ride and wondering where we're going. All I'm saying is that wherever that is, it's better than where we are now. I'm also saying that there is some reason to be hopeful in regard to a McCain presidency, at least on certain fronts. If you choose to reject that and believe that the future of our country absolutely depends on an Obama victory, that's your choice but it does seem a little desperate. Personally, I don't feel anything close to the level of urgency now that I did in '04, and no matter who wins, I won't feel the level of disappointment that followed the '04 election.
BTW, you should have another look at Post #14, your response seems a non-sequitur.
