Plumbing shortage

Here ya go.. the answer to our unemployment problem.
------------------------------------------------------------------------ U.S.
``We just want to make sure the rest of the country knows there are professional plumbers out there that take quite a bit of training and know what they're doing,'' Casey said. ``They make a good living.''
Among the facts included in the press release:
-- There are about 327,000 plumbing companies in America.
-- The average wage of plumbers is $47,000 a year.
-- Many plumbers start working for plumbing companies, and may end up starting or buying their own companies after a few years.
The association, formed in 1883, plans to tell both campaigns that it appreciates the attention they have brought to the profession through their focus on ``Joe the plumber,'' and its local chapters are working to spread word that there is a shortage of plumbers in the U.S., Casey said.
