Horrah! The lights are on and the generator is gone!

Man, almost two weeks without electricity, it is amazing how much life changes when you don't have it. Wires strewn everywhere from the generator, me and the GF forced to live life in a small room rigged up with a puny AC unit - and the constant roar of the damned generator, I think it has actually driven my Australian Shepard batshit. He seems to have formed an emotional attachment to the fucking thing after it has been roaring at him 24/7 for the last two weeks, and when my GF went to pour in more gas and yank the cord, he bit her. When I shut it down and hauled it out, he looked at me with a crazed look in his eyes, and now he has diarrhea.

Now if I could only get that yacht out of my vegetable garden.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

You need to get out of the 'hood and get some decent digs! Start by getting a job and quit complaining!

Don't believe everything you think

I still got tripped breakers everywhere, as soon as I get the PC room up I'll post pics, this satellite laptop doesn't have anyway to resize jpegs and my camera takes huge ones that are to big to upload..... give me a few minutes, as soon as I get the carp out of my fuse box.
