This Is Why GM Will Go Bankrupt

Remember the really cool looking Chevy Volt concept car?

You won't believe what those inbred stupid assholes in Detroit turned it into. It's like they have one set of metal stamps and tools they use to make everything they sell.

If it can really get 40 miles on about 80 cents of electricity, it wont matter what it looks like. The Prius is fucking hideous but that doesn't stop Toyota from selling as many as they can at full list.

There are all kinds of ways that GM could prevent the Volt from being successful, but styling isn't one of them.

Hey at least a person over 4 feet tall can get into the production model, doubtful for the concept.

Looks like they made it shorter than the concept car; I agree it's nasty looking. The concept is much nicer

They are clearly going after the Ford Focus buyer. Those things sell like hot cakes in the winter.

I have seen all three versions of the Volt in person at Detroit IAS. That top one, while cool looking is not even drivable as a car. The roof is way too chopped and limited visibility.

The production version is actually pretty close in many ways. Much cheaper to make and repair. That front fender on the proto looks expensive.
