Pretty much left it all up to my business partner. I am a financial moron. He's the business guru. I just have good ideas. He makes them work. All I know is that he sold shares at a rate of like $30,000 for 1% and that way we are still majority shareholders. It's an LLC. That's about all I know.
I don't believe that you're that ignorant or you will be taken to the cleaners by this "financial guru" in short order. Dude, this is your business and you need to know the financial aspect of its formation or you will be crying uncle when it comes time to write checks and split the booty.
I also have reservations on this 23.3% investor ownership, what in the hell did you promise them as a ROI? Were you present when you presented your ideas to said investor?
