Man tells hooker not to steal his van (but she still does)
PALM CITY — A Stuart man has accused a prostitute he hired of stealing his van, according to a report by Martin County Sheriff’s Office.
The man and his friend picked up two female prostitutes from Jensen Beach on Tuesday night and brought them back to a residence in the 1100 block of Southwest Fifth Terrace.
According to the report, the duo had a “wild party” with the women and later fell asleep on the couch.
The Stuart man said he was briefly awakened when one of the women put her hand in his pocket and took out his keys.
He told the woman: “Don’t take my van,” and fell back asleep, according to the report.
When he awoke in the morning, he found his white 1994 Dodge van was missing.
The Stuart man said he has no idea of the woman’s identity or where the van might be located but told deputies “he has very important belongings in the vehicle and needs to have them back.”
Exactly: The engine was toast and the transmission was the worst I ever experienced. STAY AWAY from Chrysler products or Mitsubishi for that matter
Everyone I know that had a similar van ended up replacing the transmission.
