In specialist field it's the very best! , did your surgeon trained here in London ? yes will be the answer, pretty much all the Sing crew do. But that being said yes it's under great strain form all these (like yourself ) genetically weak 3rd world types filling the wards with organ failure after organ failure, it costing us a packet to keep them alive.
But moves are a foot to tidy things up eg: Indian and Paki Doctors are no longer able to come and work in the UK, as they have proven to be sex offenders and thefts, undermining the system by bring in scum for over seas for cash and sneaking them in, boy what a surprise. But you don't even have a proper medical system in Indonesia and since the World Health Authority has turns it back on your shity country, and your flooded with dangerous drugs from China I wouldn't be so quick to criticize.
