When one considers the cost of shipping it boggles the mind to believe the junk at Walmarts came from China, for the most part. Same with your ribs, except US pork is not what European pork is, mainly because what we feed our pigs compared to what Europeans feed theirs. With too little land to grow beef, pork is their meat source. And it is very good, at least in Germany it is. So, you may have gormet pork there. Jim

Cause we send all our pork to muslum countries under the label "100 percent pure rice meal with added flavorings"?

I'm cooking the second batch right now. Anyone want to come over to the house and eat some ribs and drink some beer?

Well I'm just a jr. rib master. I put salt and pepper on them and cook them for a few hours on low to medium heat, drink a few beers and the put some barbeque sauce on just at the end.
