E-85 Prices at the Pump

Was gonna post this on the Perry thread. There's a newly opened (converted from Chevron) gas station in the hood that has an E-85 pump (as in 85% ethanol). I was kinda shocked to see the shit at 3.11 a gallon and was wondering: 1). is it easily available where you live, and 2). how much is it? I'm in MD (suburban DC).

Any word on how the old Taurus FFVs and other first generation corn burners are holding up? Had one as an office vehicle 10 years back. No difference on ethanol vs. unleaded, except it wouldn't start in the cold.

At $3.11 the cost isn't low enough to break even because of the significantly reduced fuel economy.

I still have hopes they'll work it out.
