Well, I can take those ingredients and add two slices of ham, and slap my fro', that's a good sammich.

1) Non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
2) Add very thinly sliced ham, laid flat on the skillet. Cook until it begins to "sweat", then turn on other side. Repeat for each piece of ham - two or three tops. Keep already cooked ham in the skillet. Use a few drops of water to "deglaze" the skillet, and/or return moisture to the ham (you may also use butter).
3) Butter one side of two pieces of bread.
4) Add butter or margarine to the hot skillet; let it melt down completely, making a small pool.
5) Place once slice of bread, butter side down, in the hot skillet, Add a slice of cheese. Put the ham on top of the cheese, and cover with the other slice of bread. If you're not trying to adhere closely to Digmenow's rules, put another slice of cheese on top of the ham. Move the sandwich around to consume all the butter in the pan.
6) Cook until bottom bread looks nicely toasted, then lift from skillet. Add more butter if necessary, and let it begin to melt a few seconds. Place un-cooked side of sandwich onto skillet, moving around to consume the melted butter, until done the same as the top.

Anyone want my ham & pineapple sandwich recipe?
