JR's Mercedes On Dallas

I've been watching reruns of Dallas on the Soap Opera Channel, I record it at 04:00 on my DVR, and I watched one episode where he drives off in his Mercedes. That one was light green with palamino interior. They showed it pulling out and it was a W116 280SE, shown on the trunk lid. I was shocked, shocked I tell you. I thought he would drive a 450SEL.

Later in the series, I think they used a silver one.

He did go to a silver blue 450SEL in later episodes before going to a Cadillac Allant'e. Jock drove a Mark V. A splattering of SL's and Seville's round out the rest overall.

Not only do I clean my guns while watching Dallas, I work on various Mercedes parts, cyl heads, blocks, rear axles, brakes etc. I also make my own moonshine!

A friend and I were just discussing Dallas the other day. I was dating a woman at the time it was on and she got me "into it". I'd forgotten what kind of cars they drove so thanks for the history lesson. Does anyone remember that Larry Hagman's mother was Mary Martin? Oh, and who shot J.R? I forgot that...

More true confessions? You lure young studs in, then get them passed out drunk with your "moonshine" and then shine their moons with your own special creme? Yeah, we're on to you. With Dallas music in the background....
