Bot defines winning as "our guys not getting killed as much".

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

-President Barack Obama, 1st Inaugural address

Wont you agree with me that it's a step in the right direction?

The biggest problems we are facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all and thatís what I intend to reverse.

Bot, who's success? The Iraqis? The American people? The world? Some specific nations other than the US and Iraq? Al Qaeda?

I am audaciously hopeful of change in the future. I represent the best hope for mankind, perhaps the universe.

I am Barak H. Obama and I approved this holy message to give hope to the little people.

"Keep hope alive!"

Oh shut-up Jesse. You had your glory.

"Keep hope alive!"

Jesse, must I ask the French to stamp their feet at you and quiver a petulant lower lip? Few people can stand that level of rejection.

Love in hopeful audacity,

Barak "Don't call me Hussein" Obama

Again, you cannot have a WAR against an EMOTION. Terror is an emotion. The correct phrase is The War Against Terrorists [TWAT]. Second, Iraq was not part of that issue while Saddam was in power, AQ only wandered in after we blew apart their Infrastructure. Third, there is no WIN. Only degrees of TIE gracefully. We lost the chance to "Win" back in 2003.

Reduced casualties is ALWAYS a step in the right direction.

Of course you need to define the endgame of the direction since "win" is not an option. Pick one of the many "graceful exits" options.

I think we have done well enough to declare we have won, and that we should pack up and let the Iraqis do their own thing. It has been a great success and to stay longer will put that awesome success in jeopardy. Jim
