Signs of a pre-gentrification

neigborhood on streetview.

Rolling porta fence/gate combo
Oil stains left by neigborhood outdoor mechanics
Security Camera on top of garage door
Delivery van (not sure what it delivers) with rusted roof and mismatching spare

Car on street with kicked in front door (not in pic)

You failed to mention the large blob of white out on the sidewalk.

Now the oil stains on the driveway could just as easily be from a 2002 CL600 with only 40K miles on it.

And that's not a delivery van. But there is something with a car cover in front of it that looks low and interesting.

Being smart is knowing the difference, in a sticky situation between a well delivered anecdote and a well delivered antidote - bear.

I am all for living as one pleases but when you live in a structured neighborhood you should expect yourself and others to keep a certain level of neatness. Violators who are too arrogant and self absorbed to comply with a moderate level of cleanliness should be punishable by fines that cannot be over turned or argued against. They should be made pariahs of their precinct. If they don't like it then they can move to someplace with values more like their own where they will fit in.

Whatever is under the cover is less valuable than what's in the garage.

That's where he Photoshopped out the police "body outline" chalk marks.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

Not only that, neat neighborhoods make better cover for my meth lab.

May I suggest Feel The Love Enterprise's Hebrew Lightning Insurance Re-adjustment Kit? We supply you with

1 laquer-thinner filled lightbulb, properly sealed and wired

1 pair of finger-print proof rubber gloves

1 throw rug made from fine recycled ghetto pajamas

Alibis are available for a nominal extra charge. Don't take my word for it, ask this satisfied customer:
