Yeah, you need the kind that gives you an exposure measured in REM instead of mrem. That way you can be assured no naturally occurring shigella will be around. It is just the odd one that can resist a few REM per month that you have to look out for, and hopefully they will be big enough to wrestle to the ground and choke until they do the chicken. Jim

While I know this is a surprise, I enjoyed the spokesman for the Marble Institute. He doesn't dispute anything, just throws out the phrase "junk science".

And then he adds...Martinez also cited a University of Akron study that found granite varieties used in 85 percent of countertops were safe.

So 15% of granite countertops are NOT safe, according to their spokesman who warns of "junk science".

I believe we will soon see NO SEX on Countertops warning labels.

Or the price will go up with the "Now with built in Nightlights" advertisements.


Being smart is knowing the difference, in a sticky situation between a well delivered anecdote and a well delivered antidote - bear.
