What can you hide in the attic ?
Yep, if I really wanted to go ball's out, I'd tack a dormer onto that left side, then essentially make the building into a two-story, with storage and workspace up top. As it is, I'm having the contractor build a little play space in the attic of the building add-on, for my kids. The building was clearly made from many of the scraps left over from the house construction, including the concrete forms.

Their heat signature can be seen from the air through the wooden trusses/shingles. He would have to...

My previous shop, while aesthetically dreary, was extremely useful as a workspace. I intended to mount a two-post lift in the right bay, and poured 3' footings in anticipation. I really miss all that utility.

These are four year old photos from immediately after construction.

The tree directly behind the division of bay one and two is so dead.

That's an Alder, and very much alive. The photo was taken in the middle of December

Well tell your "Alder", I don't appreciate his grayness amongst all the green.

You could open up a Jiffy Lube in there and service semi's in the right bay.

Alder is the tree equivalent of a weed, 'round these parts. Sort of a nuisance, really.
