I could agree with you more, The Beatles were wrist rustlers, and the only good thing Elvis did was leave a legacy that the likes of my avatar 'Dread Zeppelin' could take the piss out of. And I don't like Kiri Te Kanawa because the fat cow was my Neighbour, mind you I thing she would do a better job of scaring Vietcong than Wagner.

Kiri Te Kanawa? her songs were great and i loved em. But i never saw her in person.
