look into resume and CV building because if you resume even resembles the above, i am surprised you even got some interviews. resume will only gey you in the door, you hone the deal at the interview.. and so on.

Move to Houston.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

Your resume is oriented around your responsibilities - what you do day in and day out. It looks like 90% of the resumes out there, regardless of what job people have. Resumes that stand out will always showcase how you have made a difference - awards, recognitions, achievements and that sort of thing. Maybe you were responsible for suggesting a change or an idea that saved money or saved time? Maybe you are consistently recognized for delivering superior service? Maybe you've been entrusted with extra responsibilities? Showcase these "value added" elements first, and then provide a few bullet points on what your duties are.

These are the resumes that catch my attention, and these are the candidates I have the easiest time "selling" to my clients.

I understand that English is your second language, but communication skills are of the utmost importance for modern technology professionals. You have to find a way to improve your written skills, else you appear "dumb", which isn't fair to you.

I'd recommend enlisting the help of head hunters / consulting firms. Your resume is a lot less important (usually), because you're somewhat disposable. If your resume IS important, the firm may help you sharpen it. The firm has an incentive to keep you working, since they get paid when you get paid. The experience is good for building your resume.
