Sorry to hear about the accident, and my sympathy to the dead man's family. Hope your family members mend up well and the business stays alive. Good luck, Jim

Wow, im am truly sorry to hear this. Your family and the dead guy's family must be feeling the pain now. As you painted the picture, the dead guy caused the accident. So your relatives are lucky to be in a hospital situation

As for seatbelts, i always wear one but in this situation, with the cab roof ripped off, its better they were thrown out.

ERIC.

Just an update. My uncle had his second surgery on Friday to work on his pelvis a little more. The intent was to go in and place pins and plates but the damage they found inside did not allow that to happen. They were able to put in a few screws and clean up a little but he will need additional work done on that soon. On a good note, he has use of his hands and legs and feet so at this time they are giving him a very positive outlook as far as recovery and being able to function without a wheelchair, ( more then likely a cane for a while) However we are not getting our hopes up at this point. There are a lot of surgeries to go and anything can happen.
Ryan has had his surgery on his crushed disks and is doing very well, he has been released from the hospital and is resting at home. Heidi, who made is out without major injury, is doing well. It has been determined that she was actually in the sleeper when it was torn from the cab and rode in it for most of her ride through the air. It is a miracle she is OK.
Thank you for all your kind words of encouragement and your prayers.
