I guess you must be a liberal then, it said I was a centralest and I've always thought I was a liberal.

I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way.

So J, your plot intersected with Centrist, Libertarian and Conservative all equally. What made you chose Centrist as your stake in the ground? While THEY chose Centrist by default, you were able to derive any choice you wished since you plotted the intersecting border.

I'm right down the middle of right-left and polar-opposite of a statist.

No surprise there.

The biggest problems we are facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all and that’s what I intend to reverse.

You are NOT in good company my friend...

It is interesting how our core beliefs and global views unite us and divide us...

I'm struggling to figure out how Kookbergers fit into all this. Or perhaps some here are being a bit disingenuous. I really don't know.

Or perhaps it's the martini...

I simply refer you to the little highlight in RED.

Now, read the WHOLE three sentences and answer.

I think it is what the rest of the world has been saying all along, with the exception of a very well defined fringe, most of US politics are very much dead center.

In other words, with the exception of the Shrinking28 and some of the very Left No Government Party folks, our Left and Right are very pedestrian compared to Euro or Asian counterparts.

I'm a Fabian Socialist.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

-President Barack Obama, 1st Inaugural address
