the LUG NUTS ARE OFF. BUT THAT THING IS STILL ON.

its a anti theft lug nut... you need a key nut to take it off... the key nut striped the inside of it.

Like I said either drill the sob and then use a screw extractor or see if you can grab the head with a nut extractor, your choice. Do you know how to use those tools?
