She is one of mcbear's 'six'...
Steven Spielberg at the National Eagle Scout Association meeting a few years ago for a project that he headed.
Mohammed Ali was the Chair of the Bluegrass State Games the first year and I was the head of the Cycling section. He also is a good friend of Ben Chandlers and has been at several of Chandler's parties
Bill Gates, back when he was just millionaire Bill and Windows 2.11 was just coming out. I did work for Microsoft when there were only 3 buildings and Gates was at every meeting that consultants participated in. I worked with their small biz group for two years. At the time I didn't like getting half my contract pay in Microsoft stock. In retrospect, it has been very very good.
Brian Wilson. When you have seen the Beach Boys on their 10th, 20th, 30th and 40th Anniversary tours and 10 or so times in between, you get to meet folks. He might be considered a genius but his brain is baked.
Steve Wozniak. Met him several times at technical conferences in Silly Valley. A couple of times before his plane crash and twice after the crash. Slightly different person. His house is amazing.
Dolly Parton. Back in 1987 I photographed and published all the postcards for Dollywood in Sevierville Tennessee which is wholly owned by Dolly Parton. Part of that included her pic in about a third of the shots. She is funny, smart, talented, humble, business smart clever and likes to do practical jokes. One of the 100 top geniuses, no.
Missed The Dalai Lama by about 10 minutes when he was in Berea, Kentucky on his last visit. He comes here about once every three years.
But no Prince or JK Rowling.
