There is apparently nothing the liberals/left won't excuse or condone if it doesn't fit thier agenda.
He was assigned to the CIA. He was outed. It is a felony and the responsible parties should be prosecuted.
And how are you different? Extreme partisanship is a form of bigotry, it works both ways.

And because Al Capone was never convicted of murder, you believe he never killed anyone, right? Let's at least try to keep it real...

Tell you what, find a single post of mine that condemns GW Bush for the Valerie Plame incident. I know there are several that defend him after a fashion...

Sorry, COVERT means undercover or special assigned with ID requirements. There are thousands of CIA, NSA and other intel agency agents who are not classified as "covert".

That said, even though this guy was wide open and not subject to any secrets or covert status, it should be his right to be "outed", not the Times. He was doing his job as assigned. He was not in a policy defining position.

In my opinion the only reason to out him would be for the use of the first name Deuce. That should, in most circumstances be reason enough.

Well let me help you out then, although I doubt you'll have much appreciation for a lack of bias. I was following the Libby trial transcripts closely. There was plenty of evidence and testimony to suggest that the Plame leak was orchestrated by members of the Bush administration, Cheney's office in particular. It is my opinion however, that no evidence suggests complicit behavior on the part of GW Bush, or that he was even aware of the incident as it occurred.
