I figure if I eat my steel cut oatmeal 1st thing in the morning sprinkled with ground flax seed while I surf the net, I can eat something bad for lunch occasionally, like pepperoni pizza,cheeseburger,fried chicken etc.
Dinner is between 6-8pm and we eat a wide variety of meals. Once a week or so we'll run out for fast food, but that is getting more and more disgusting, sometimes I will just eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
I drink a couple Cokes a day and started drinking coffee about 2 months ago and all of a sudden I have this "abdominal thing" going on, so I quit the coffee and Cokes and greasy stuff,,, for now.
I'm not much of a "snacker" and I need to eat more fruit! I do like and eat most vegies, except eggplant. I don't do any regular exercises, although,we do own several expensive pieces of exercise equipment ( if you own them, thats what counts, you dont have to actually use them)I just keep active from sun up to sun down.
