On a serious note, we're getting a much sharper picture of brother Joel.

Work smarter, not harder, bud. The caffeine and lack of food probably make it easy to stay "motivated", but you're doing yourself a disservice - both professionally, and physically. Work will kill you if you let it. This and the other post of yours indicating running your business was stressful, paint a picture of an individual who struggles with work/life balance. Trust me when I tell you how important it is to keep from getting this balance out of whack. For example, if you value your marriage (?) and/or relationship with your children, you might do well to think about ways to distribute your workload to your employees (if I understand your use of the term "running" as it applies to your company).

Consuming the equivalent of a small central American country's caffeine output every day is a sure sign that you've probably shouldered more responsibility than is necessary. That or you're a closet meth addict who's to afraid to use the real stuff.

Dinner last night was a roast beef sandwhich, lemonade, budweiser, water, few chips, and a rerun of Law and Order.

My diet has changed over the years, but for the last 9 years my Filipina wife makes me a fruit smoothie in the morning, makes me lunch ( usually soup and sandmich), and for dinner it's always vegetables and some sort of meat or fish. And at least once a week I sneek over to In-N-Out for a burger. She always can tell when I have had a burger.

Mercedes Benz, enough said.

wow. you're about to get screwed. that is not healthy at all. the MD will get ya if nothing else will.

i don't eat breakfasts much but i eat a lot otherwise although my guess is that my intake probably doesn't exeed 2500cal. when i go backpacking i eat about 7500cal and still lose pounds. i have pretty darn speedy metabolism.
