You are a very laid back moderator. You carefully think out your decisions before you make them. Odds are that you will screw up less as you go along, though.
You do not believe in small staff and support a large moderating team. You have no desire to get involved with staff conflicts and you believe they are all wrong. Though rules exist on the board, you believe these should be seen only as guidelines and should be changed to adapt to every situation. Thought you can be a total asshole at times you will get the job done....Heh heh! yup thats me!

Did you look into those rent a cook places? We wired one up here last winter and still have not been there to try it. It is about 45 min from my house and have not had the time to try it. They gave us 30 free meals for finishing early and we still haven't used them. I feel kinda bad but I am sure they haven't taken it personally. Some of our old neighbors said they go there all the time and love it. But to my knowledge neither one of them can boil water without burning it and eat fast food 4 meals a week, so I would not use there opinion as a reference.
