I am going with the 3 Zanaflex/1 Oxy plan. I don't like the idea of lack of cognitive ability.

Bet you do a mean cannonball.
Mama Bear was there, as much as anything to remind us that the privacy fence was NOT complete [that MSLS librarian sneaking out] but there were about 20 people there. It was dark as we did turn the pool lights out and it was midnight.

I haven't done a cannonball in a couple of decades. I took the diving board off the pool when I had it replastered as I didn't like the distance to shallow arc.

It might have contributed but that would not account for the five dislocated ribs. I think that might have been a thigh induced injury. The move might account for the spasming Lats however.

On the good side, I have folks volunteering to do the final drywalling on the kitchen while I just supervise [and provide beer]. So that works out well.

Did I miss the explanation of how or what happened to you?
Other than just the pool party!

What other purposes ? Might as well make hay while the sun shines
-----------------------------------------------------------
Zanaflex is a short-acting muscle relaxer. It works by blocking nerve impulses (pain sensations) that are sent to your brain.
Zanaflex is used to treat spasticity by temporarily relaxing muscle tone.
Zanaflex may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide.

Sounds like a plan. I recall going heavy on the pain meds and avoiding the muscle relaxers altogether because I couldn't function on the muscle relaxers. Unfortunately, the injury didn't heal -- at all -- with this brilliant formula of mine. Once I gave into the idea of being a bit of a vegetable for a few days and taking the muscle relaxers, the injury healed quickly.
