Well, the 'mandate', as it were, occurred the second week of November of '00, but wasn't clarified for several weeks. The cabal in charge of implementation was installed in January of '01. It's been all shortcake and strawberries ever since!

AndreiRN--you are right on the money tonight. the wimps on this forum can't take the truth very long before they start calling you names. Keep up the good work. Drewprof is a disgusting moral relativist; makes you wonder how he ever decides something is right. I'm betting he had no/weak father figure in his life and was raised by women.

Who decides what's right? The same free man? A thief is more free than you and I, according to your definition, and when he decides to steal something, doesn't he think he's doing what's right for him, ie the right thing? Shouldn't he be stopped and punished?

- What is this dufar you're talking about?
- No, unlike Arabs or any particular ethnic group. Thieves exist everywhere.

..... while murderers on the other hand, kill people for what they know is wrong, like a trumped up invasion of Iraq that even Bush's own former bootlick Press Secretary now admits was based on lies.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.
