That's interesting but seems to refer only to the exterior surface and anti-fouling properties. (I didn't check thru the rest of the site though)

The next step is the paint job which will be it's sixth in the time that I have had it. I got the boat used and It had been painted several times before it ever saw me. I am sick and tired of painting the stupid thing and every spring painting it again. It has gotten to the point where the rivets are smooth with the last layer of paint. Over the last 2 days I have spent from about 4pm until 2 am (so I could get at least 4 hours of sleep) stripping the paint off the outside of the boat, now it is time for the inside. The question I have is on the bottom of the boat when you get sand or dirt or gas on the bottom the paint is almost instantly wore off. I am thinking of putting that roll on bed liner shit they use for trucks has anyone done this before? Will the paint stick to the bed liner shit or is this just a waste of time. I really don't want to do carpet, my girls fish with me and a hook hidden in the carpet will find a foot soon enough. Any other suggestions, ( related to the boat, I will assume the usual, go fuck yourself, take up tennis, take a charter, ect...)
are you sure thos holes in the keel were holes or lose rivets? to properly fix that shit you'd have to pop all neighbouring rivets and re-rivet the damn thing otherwise you'll be doing this again next spring and of course, you will have to paint it all again.

bed liner stuff, depends what kind it is, should be able to take on most paints. you may want to ask maufacturers of both producst about this.

good luck and alway wear your PFD type iii.

(2) 4" long gashes caused by the idiot in the front not jumping out when you come into shore to stop the boat and the idiot at the motor coming in full throttle.

Are you, by any chance, a "Yachtsman Without Boundaries"?

I'm starting to believe this query should have been posed on a Fiat forum.
