Prime MiniSears Thatcher loves grass

I never, ever buy cheap tools. It is just a waste of money. However. I went to Sears to get new blades for my razor and this caught my eye. Normally I rent a thatcher every couple of years at $75 bucks a pop. It's a heavy duty gas powered job that usually tears out a fair amount of green grass.
With this one, I figured what the hell, if it suxors I;ll just return it. Not only is it about a 6th of the weight of the gas model, it doesn't pull the green grass but does just as good a job.

Pros:

-Light weight
-Easily stored
-On sale now

Cons:

-Corded electric
-Playskool construction

I went for the 1200sqft garage to accomplish the same purpose.

I like that little gizmo though. Might have to look into it.

Being smart is knowing the difference, in a sticky situation between a well delivered anecdote and a well delivered antidote - bear.

Yeah, me too, by reducing the size of my lot. I went from 20 acres to 1 acre and now...shit, I don't even know--it's tiny. I now mow the lawn with a rotary push mower in about 15 minutes. I'm finally getting my life back, with five minute walking commutes to work and reduced yard maintenance.
