IF you're throwing in requisite upkeep & maintenance, I'll take Michael Schumacher's last Formula 1 World Championship winning Ferrari F2004. Possibly the one he used to clinch #7 at Spa, even though Kimi won the race. I imagine that car to be one of the few priceless vehicles in the world.
Failing that, if an actual honest-to-god road car is required, probably a Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa...maybe the one with which Phil Hill won the 24 Heures du Mans in '61. (The 250 GTO is an obvious choice, but it's a Berlinetta, so no wind in the hair).
