That emerging market report is good. It is somewhat contradictory to the top one, however. One is suggesting that emerging economies are the strong play for the next year while the other suggests that bringing money back to US Stocks is the way to go.

I think you might have hit this one correctly. BOTH is the correct answer. Since the FED is covering the financial sector and the recession is looking to be somewhat long but shallow [2007Q2-2008Q3] the US Market have some play [although I would prefer not many weeks like last week] and will start their churn as ADHD laden brokers can't keep out.

The emerging markets are continuing to run like little energizer bunnies. At some point in the next 15 years someone in Washington is going to look up and go WTF??? as those "emerging" markets will be fully developed and the US market will be considered a waning market. Learn Portuguese NOW.
