No not obsession. You see EVERYONE making such huge mistakes, much like the '00 and '04 elections and you just cant help getting frustrated. To see stupidity win yet again for the 3rd election in a row is just fucking crazy. With Clinton gone we have only shit to vote on, on either side. There is no winning scenerio, were just fucked.
The nomination race is over, dipshit.

With Whitewater and travelgate and cattle trading and snipers and now the RFK thing and all that, what makes you think Clinton would have been better? Therein lay the problem all along.
She lost my vote for the Bosnia SniperGate thing. She is a provable, on tape, in public, liar. The Republicans would play her self-serving exaggerations and blatant lying over and over again, and it was so blatant and obviously done for craven reasons that I just can't see how she could be elected, it was over for her right there. Obama must be pretty clean himself, because so far the only thing the GOP and these Limbaugh Operation Chaos guys have on him is all this guilt-by-association smear stuff, a game that two can play and that most people find as pretty ho-hum, given the fact we all hear all kinds of crazy shit all day from all kind's of people and we are in the end still individuals with our own minds and conscience.
The GOP's real problem is the issues. Iraq is still an absolute mess. The economy is a mess for the middle class. They can throw all the "your pastor's a crazy nigger" they want him, at the end of the day, that old fossil McCain has to stand next to Obama in the debates. If it was Hillary, it would the Same Old Democrat against The Old Dude. Instead, we are going to have real debates about our future, and morons like "Destroyer" who play "Obama's a Muslim" and all the rest of those stupid high school games are going to do Obama more good than harm.

Never actually played "whose the Muslim" in HS but whatever. Amazing you take a little thing like the Bosnia "scandal" and make it out to be a big thing. You never told a story and "exaggerated" a bit?. I think we all have. All McCain had to do is bring up his war record and Obama's lack of experience and its STFU time for Obama. Add to that the Wright controversy and the Reznik controversy and the.......you get the point. He could not go against Hillary with any of these issues. Yeah she didn't go to war but you cant go against a woman for that. She had this election in the bag. Your boy cost us the election.
i thought you said you weren't racially motivated against BO? hmmm
i'm glad you're finally admitting to it though. good for you man.
Of course race WILL be an issue. Things are the way they are, you can be foolish and think it wont matter or realistic and know that it will. Race is an issue for everyone though, its not only whites against blacks, its also blacks against whites. 90% + of all black people voted Obama. I think that speaks volumes.
"But the message of change, of a new world order, is unsettling to some voters, particularly older ones. Far from Appalachia, there are some disturbing pockets of fearfulness. A New York Times front-page story last week was headlined AS OBAMA HEADS TO FLORIDA, MANY OF ITS JEWS HAVE DOUBTS. Some whom the Times interviewed suspected that Obama was not sufficiently pro-Israel, while others mentioned the Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. fiasco or Michelle Obama's remark that your electoral success made her "for the first time" in her life "really proud" of her country. The article quoted Ruth Grossman, the 80-year-old resident of a gated community, saying, "They'll pick on the minister thing, they'll pick on the wife, but the major issue is color." Grossman told the Times she is thinking of voting for Obama, but said, "I keep my mouth shut." True, only 5 percent of Florida voters are Jewish. But you need them: while Clinton currently leads McCain in Florida, you trail him."

A war record only takes you so far. Problem with McCain and HIS war record is that he staked his war record and reputation by backing Bush in nearly every stage of the Iraq War. That ties his military judgment with that of Bushie and pretty much nullifies it [which is a shame].
And I notice you still seem to think that all of the baggage that Hillary has collected is moot. It is not. Could she work through it? Maybe. Would it be a significant drain on both her and the party? Just look at the sniper issue, or the RFK mess. Or the welfare mother in Ohio. These problems CAN be overcome but they require tremendous effort by many people which takes away focus from the fight against McCain and the NeoCon Election Machine [yes, there are caps].

Some keywords (see highlighted) here that could ruin any politician's chances but I think Obama will be the exception, don't you think?
Maybe he should show his pro-Israel stance and wear it as a lapel or something. How about an Israeli flag on his tie throughout his campaign? This way, it's no longer just implicit like all of our politicians do it.
