I agree with all of what you said here but come on, as far as comparing how this earth quick was handled in comparison to what happened in LA one must conclude that we don't have the level of preparedness the Chinese have. Just check out the SCALE of this disaster and tell me what you think. Oh, and let's leave ideology aside shall we?
