A rasher of bacon

WTF is that anyway?

And why does a standing rib roast have to wear those tiny little chef hats?

And will someone explain "dry rub" to me? Nevermind. I don't care.

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

Bacon is bad for you. A 'rasher' is a large slice.

Edit: I should add that a 'rusher' is someone who despite the known health risks rashly eats his large slice too quickly.

Glad to clear all that up for you.
