I'll be driving a Prius to Seattle, today...and no doubt listening to the nipper
I would be interested in hearing what you think about the car. Leg room, how comfortable the seats are. Will you be traveling enough distance to check fuel performance?
Thinking of getting a Prius for the wife. Does anybody know if these are assembled in the States?
It's a first generation, and I haven't driven the latest versions. The ergonomics are absolutely atrocious. The steering wheel and shifter stalk hide all sorts of buttons on the dash, and I hate having to focus my gaze toward the center of the dash in order to see the speedometer. The ride is choppy and skittish over rougher terrain. Typically sees 40mpg, at least that's what the computer readout indicates. Makes for a decent company car or around the town beater, though. I just don't like Japanese cars--period
Ditto. How about a tree hugging liberal dude driving a crown vic.......in a dress.....laughing at someone else. Now, that's irony. lol
How about a teenage angst dude who does not have the mental capacity to see a reality other than what he narrowly interprets as correct? A punk kid who thinks himself a rebel on crusade but who uses all his energy to fit into some idea someone else has thought up for him. Some might even say he acts in an ironic and thoughtless manner. Others may seem him as merely a dope.

Fuck the Prius,
I am getting 50 plus from the diesel Galaxy, so far 51.5mpg over the last 22 hours at 28mph ave speed, local short runs too mostly.
just a thought

Nah,that wouldn't qualify as irony. That would be a opinionated statement in a form of a question. That would qualify as a defensive "blind statement".

Damn it. I need theme music, then. Hell, that is a complement. For that, I will not attack you until my next post.

Some? Get out of here! Really? Personally, I think no one cares. That is why it is OT.
