Arabs' Mother's Day is on March 21st. I have 4 kids, so
hubby paid a handsome amount for the gifts each one chose and, on top of that, he sent the Mercedes for some serious repairs ($$$). My 8-year-old daughter wrote me a lovely letter apologizing for
not keeping the room tidy.
That was my favourite gift. So, I called
my mother (in Amman, Jordan ) and apologized for ever upsetting her. She was all tears and told me she called
her mother (in Gaza, Palestine) to say the same.
