So what side is Supervisor Brock lining up on? As a good ol' boy from Harlan County, Kentucky, I somehow see him on the side of profiling and harassing.

And by Good ol' Boy I mean grew up with silver spoon firmly in hand, son of the owner of the town of Lenarue, Kentucky and its associated coal mines.

So was Bufurd T. Pusser. But that doesn't make profiling legal.

If the guy is so good, how come Maricopa crime rates have been going UP every year since he came into office? Apparently his methodology is not working so well.

It's the Code of the West, bear. Every two bit gunslinger tries to build his reputation by coming to town to try his hand against the sheriff. Didn't you watch "Gunsmoke", "The Rifleman", "Cheyenne" and the like during those formative years? How can you expect to keep crime rates down with knuckleheaded pistoleers drifting in every episode?

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

You forgot to mention "Shane", but considering they did manage to keep Speed Racer down with the Scottsdale SpeedCam, I understand.

If it's the same guy, Bill O'Reilly can't get enough of the taste of his cock on the No Spit Zone. Might sway your opinion of him, might not. Just sayin...
