Aussie Royal Flush

Wow, the Aussies sure build a mean commode. My newly acquired house has a couple of these Oz-made Caroma dual flush low-flow toilets. .8 gals for tinkle and 1.6 gals for poo

Wish I could get it to stop flushing counterclockwise, though

Nifty loo

Just thought you should know

Congrats on the house. Does it come with an, er... garden?

Quite possibly the tiniest yard of any home I've lived in...even smaller once I double the size of the detached garage. I'm within walking distance of both my work and the farmer's market--pffft, gardening is so passé.

I'm always interested in pharmaceutical gardening, though

Thanks, but that's a stock photo. This house has really cool oak floors, but the bathrooms have tile and a really cool blue heavy-duty jute-backed linoleum (or whatever?) flooring. Circa 1936
