Ever wondered how many satellites are above us...(It is actually scary).........

Real Time Satellite Tracking

Asia Pacific is shown in the link as per my ISP but if you know how to operate google maps, you can figure this out, interesting so the least.......


Once the satellites overhead are shown it gets interesting - double-clicking a satellite circles it in red, but there is no "fire missile" button - instead the column on the right gives the satellite's name and position - and a link to further details, i.e. whether it's US, Russian, Chinese, etc and its purpose and launch date. Can't see any of the satellites being used by the ISPs offering crap quality satellite broadband.
