Isn't anyone paying attention. Well I solved this problem many years ago. This is the proper way to use toilet paper.
You take one sheet of toilet paper stick you index finger through the center of it and wipe your ass with your finger and use the one sheet of TP to wipe off your finger.
I always heard of that as the "Ranger wipe".
